Our company's inception is rooted in the need for agility and flexibility that many companies sought but often couldn't attain when engaging with the industry's giants, the Big 4. It was a journey sparked by the realization that to truly meet the dynamic demands of modern businesses, a different approach was essential. We recognized that agility, innovation, and a deep understanding of individual client needs were the cornerstones of success.

Essentially
Essentially are the UAE’s leading cold pressed juice company. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Dubai, Essentially was created through a passion for daily juicing and its enormous impact on health, energy levels, and healing processes. Essentially’s products are a super fuel mix of cold-pressed juices, nut milks, and healthy snacks.
Esus led Essentially to IPO in March 2023, helping them to become the first UAE SME to list on a foreign exchange. They were also the first international business to list on the Aquis Stock Exchange in London, with an IPO valuation of over £25m. Esus have acted as Essentially’s lead consultants before, during and after the listing process, covering fields such as strategic planning, corporate restructuring, capital markets consultancy, amongst others.
CF Markets
CF Markets are a UK tech startup delivering the world’s most agile & accessible digital marketplace for crowdfunded equities. They are addressing fundamental gaps in the secondary market for crowdfunded equities, democratising investment in some of the UK’s fastest growing companies.
Esus work with CF Markets across several areas, acting as their lead consultant. This includes consulting on strategy, branding & marketing, corporate structuring and governance, product development and other elements of CF Markets operations. Through development and implementation of a comprehensive business strategy, Esus are guiding CF Markets’ disruption of the secondary trading sector.
